SERVICE PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY

What you buy at Solos Gym is not goods shipped by cargo; it is session credit used at Solos Gym's facilities. There is therefore no shipping or physical delivery, and no additional charge such as card commission, shipping, or service fee applies. The service is provided at the gym on the date and time you reserve.

1. Where Purchases Are Made

Session credit packages are purchased through the Solos Gym app: the Android and iOS apps and the app.solosgym.com web app.

Payment is collected by credit/debit card through PayTR's secure payment page. Your card details are not stored on Solos Gym systems.

The order number, package name, number of credits, validity period of the credits, whether the order is tied to a reservation, list price, discount applied, total amount payable (VAT included) and VAT rate applied are shown on the Purchase Credits · Payment Summary screen before payment. Following your approval, the version of the Pre-Contractual Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement generated specifically for this order is sent to your registered email address.

2. Credits Reaching Your Account

The moment payment is confirmed, the number of credits specified in the package is added to your account and becomes ready for use.

If the payment fails, no credit is added and no amount is charged to you.

Credit is not money, electronic money, a payment instrument, or an investment product. It can be used only for the services offered by Solos Gym; it cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another user.

3. Using Credits to Reserve Sessions

A session is a one-hour private-use right reserved for a specific facility, date, and time. Credits are spent when you reserve a session in the app.

The credit fee for a session may vary depending on the facility, day, time slot, and number of people. The current fee is shown in the app before the reservation or before joining a Group Reservation. The rates by time slot are on the Pricing page.

When credit is spent, the credits that expire soonest are used first.

• Solo reservation: When a solo reservation is created, credit is not deducted immediately. The session fee is locked and deducted from your account 12 hours before the session start. If your credit is insufficient at the moment of locking, the reservation is cancelled automatically and no deduction is made.
• Group Reservation: Each participant pays their own share from their own account at the moment they join the group. If the group is not completed within 15 minutes, the credits paid are refunded in full and the reservation is never created.

4. Entering the Gym

Your personal QR code and PIN for entering the gym are generated in the app 12 hours before the session start. The QR code and PIN belong to you alone and cannot be shared with anyone else.

5. Cancellation, No-Shows and Credit Validity

• A cancellation made 12 hours or more before the session start is free of charge; if credit has been deducted, it is added back to your account.
• In a cancellation made less than 12 hours before the session start, the session fee is not refunded.
• If you do not attend the session without cancelling the reservation, the session fee is not refunded; in addition, a 50-credit no-show penalty may apply.
• If service cannot be provided due to a Business-caused reason such as maintenance, malfunction, or security, the reservation is cancelled and the credit collected for that session is refunded in full.
• The validity period of each credit package is shown on the package card on the Pricing page and runs from the date the credits are added to your account. Credits obtained on different dates neither extend nor shorten each other's period.
• Credits whose validity period has expired become unusable, and as a rule their price is not refunded. This rule does not apply where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable period, or to a refund right arising from a Business-caused cancellation.

For credit purchases not tied to a reservation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase date. The full withdrawal, refund and credit rules are in the Cancellation, Refund and Credit Policy.
